Se inicia en las artes escénicas,
sumergida en el teatro independiente y
transgresor, donde tras varios años su investigación artística personal le
lleva al arte de acción, espacio y tiempo donde encuentra plena libertad para
la expresión creativa.
El elemento básico de su trabajo
se centra en el cuerpo como semilla,
herramienta y lenguaje, combinando el estado mujer-persona y naturaleza. La línea personal es un proceso de investigación
del género-política , del ser humano-personaindividuo en el mundo que nos
rodea.
En los últimos años ha
participado en festivales, encuentros, acciones callejeras y ha realizado exposiciones
e instalaciones en diferentes ciudades de la península.
Combina la práctica
artista con el desarrollo de talleres de artes plásticas y escénicas con la
Asociación cultural y artística Sin Telón.
Desde hace más tres
inviernos, vive y proyecta en la montaña hacia un espacio artístico de
investigación, encuentro y convivencia en el medio rural y natural(BokACCIÓN),
donde organiza y comisaria encuentros y residencias de arte en la naturaleza,
considerando la vida como el mayor arte.

“Estamos trabajando
en ello
è
sobrevisc treballant en això”
el título de la acción nace del error, sin embargo del fracaso y las
dificultades nacen grandes experimentos. Partiendo de la frase original citada
por un expresidente español en tierras americanas: “estamos trabajando en ello,
hemos dedicado tiempo ayer y hoy por la mañana a trabajar en ello exactamente”.
El work in progress recorrerá por elementos básicos de mi trabajo como son el
cabello, las sangre menstrual, la depilación y el reciclaje, confrontándolo con
la realidad social y política actual. Jugando con las letras que forman la cita
en castellano, catalán y alemán, entre todas crearemos nuevas palabras, nuevas
citas, nuevos elementos con diferentes texturas, quizás construyendo una nueva
realidad social, económica y política.

Blanka Palamós i Claramunt (Valencia, 1982) begins in the scenic arts, submerged in
independent and iconoclastic theatre, where after several years her personal artistic
investigation leads her to performance art, a space and time where she finds full liberty
for creative expression.
In the past years she has participated in festivals, encounters, street actions and has
put together exhibitions and installations in different cities of the Iberian Peninsula:
T.E.A, Toledo with Eorum Opus, Feria de artistas-Renfe with Tren Lácteo and La Noche de
los Teatros Madrid with Top Famous Link, together with Antonio Ramirez-Stavibo, Magatzmes
Wall&Video Valencia with Ekilibrium, Ágora and 15 Gatos Granada with a homage to Antonin
Artaud, Artón, open air encounter of Caudete, Banquete de Platón Bilbao, Tabacalera de
Lavapiés and Casablanca Madrid.
She combines artistic practice with the development of visual and scenic arts workshops
with the cultural association SIN TELÓN.
Since three winters ago, she lives and works in the mountain towards an artistic space of
investigation, encounter and coexistence in the rural and natural environment (BokACCIÓN),
where she organises and curates encounters and residencies in the wildlife, considering
life the greatest art.
STATEMENT
The basic element of her work is centered on the body as seed, tool and language,
combining the states of woman-person and nature. Her personal statement is a process of
gender-politics investigation, of the humanpersonindividual in the world that surrounds
us.

The title of the work is sprung from accident, yet from failure and difficulties great
experiments are born. The original phrase, quoted by a Spanish ex-president in american
soil: “we are working on it, we have dedicated time yesterday and this morning to work
on it precisely”. The work-in-progress will touch basic elements in my work like hair,
menstrual blood, depilation and recycling, confronting it with the curent social and
political reality. Playing with the letters that form the quote in Castillian, Catalan and
German, we will all create new words, new quotes, new elements with different textures,
maybe building a new social, economic and political reality.
